This is the full rate card. No setup fee, no shipping markup, no long-term contract. If a charge is not on this page, ask us about it before you sign anything.

Rates in US dollars. Business-to-business and pallet shipments are quoted per account.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a monthly minimum?
Tell us your expected volume when you request a quote and we will confirm the terms for your account in writing before you send any inventory.
What is a pick location?
One shelf or bin position holding one product and lot. A brand with ten products, each in one lot, typically uses about ten locations.
Do you really not mark up shipping?
Correct. Postage is billed at the rate the carrier charges us. We earn our money on the fulfillment work, not on the label.
How am I billed?
You receive one consolidated invoice after the end of each month covering fulfillment, storage, packaging, postage and any hourly work.
Can rates change?
Rates can be updated with written notice in advance. Terms are month to month, so you are never locked in to a change you do not like.
